Approval of AGM Minutes from December 11th, 2023

Election of Board Members,

Election of Executive Positions,

Election of Director Positions,

Report on the 2024 season (including 2024 Financials).

As we all know, the success of any minor sport organization. is in large part, the direct result of our volunteering members who sacrifice their time.  It has been a challenging time, this last couple of years, and we are looking for our members to step up and help out on the Board.

We have a number of positions that we are looking to fill for the 2025 season - some require more time commitment than others but there are positions that can fit into anyone's schedule.  If you are interested in getting involved, please contact Greg Mundy - President Sabrecats Lacrosse - president@sabrecatslax.com and we will find something that will work for you.

The following positions are reaching the end of their two year term:

President

Vice President - Minor

Secretary

Director of Evaluations

Director of Coaching

Director of Equipment

Director of Goaltending

We also have a couple of positions that are vacant that we are looking to fill:

Director of Volunteers

Director of Marketing and Social Media

Director of Development

We will also be having draw, for those in attendance, for 4 free 2025 regular season registrations.
