We will do a team buffet dinner at the hotel. We’re honing in on total cost but will be somewhere in the neighborhood of $30-$35 per person for the buffet. no team funds will be used for this event. Penne Alfredo grilled chicken breast Caesar salad buns roasted veggies We have to use their bartenders and use their cash bar and spend $400 as part of this deal. Wifh 15 families that so an easy average of less than $30 per family. I know Mel and I will spend more than that! ?? We did it last year with our U13 team and it worked out very well with tons of food and of course dedicated service staff. There will likely be a Stanley cup playoff game that night so we can watch it on a projector screen and the kids can wreak havoc on the pool and run around the hotel hallways causing trouble. We’ll iron out how many people per family attend and do e-transfers after the tournament once we get final bill. we do need to identify final numbers by May 30 so I’ll send a separate email related to that.
