We will be using the RAMP registration system to keep track of all coaching certifications and Police Information Checks.

We would like all coaches to fill out for the purposes of our Coach Selection process.
Please be advised that all bench personnel (Head Coaches, Assistant Coaches, Trainers, as well as Managers) must have completed a Vulnerable Sector Check along with their Police Information Check. If you are planning to coach for the Sabrecats in the 2024 season you will need to provide verification of the completed PIC-VS.
If you have completed a PIC-VS with the Calgary Police or the RCMP within the last three years, please upload your completed documentation into the RAMP registration system. Please log into the Sabrecats registration system and choose Coach/Staff Registration. You will require your NCCP# and you will be upload your PIC.
The process has changed for starting a new application with the Calgary Police Service. If you do not have a valid Police Check please email Kelly Mantei email@example.com. We will send you a code directly from the Calgary EPIC system with details as to how to apply for your PIC-VS. This is the only way for coaches to NOT have to pay for the Calgary PIC themselves.
*New applications will not be accepted without a letter from the Sabrecats. You will need to print, sign and scan the letter below (along with 2 pieces of government-issued ID) to go with your application.
The process to register for these clinics has also changed in 2024.
